Ultra Boost Force You can cheat a little bit when lifting. Getting in a few more reps by putting a certain portion of your body to work is a good way to ramp up your exercises. Be careful not to do this to the extreme. Control how quickly you complete each weight lifting cycle. Don't do an unreasonable number of reps in a short period of time. Do not compromise your form.
